William Tindol
Originally from Midland, TX, Will has a background in upstream operations in the energy sector. Will brings to Twin Trails a disciplined approach to capital allocation and operational excellence, as well as empathy and a care for people throughout the value chain. Prior to co-founding Twin Trails, Will was vice president, engineering, at Titus Oil & Gas (“Titus”) in Fort Worth, TX.
During his time with Titus, the team successfully raised, deployed, and exited on over ~$1.0bn of assets over two iterations. Prior to his roles with Titus, Will served in various engineering roles at Concho Resources with expertise in corporate finance, reservoir engineering, and operations.
Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M. He resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and three sons.

Patrick Leach
Originally from Midland, TX, Patrick has spent most of his career working in the private equity and energy space. Prior to co-founding Twin Trails, he was the CFO at Tumbleweed Royalty, an affiliate of Double Eagle in Fort Worth, TX.
During his time with Double Eagle, he was a Finance Associate for Double Eagle Energy II, the VP of Finance and Corporate Development for Double Eagle Energy III, the interim CFO for ClearWell Dynamics and the CFO for Tumbleweed Royalty. This team successfully raised, deployed, and exited on over $10bn of assets over the three iterations.
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M and a Masters of Business Administration from TCU. He currently sits on the board of ClearWell Dynamics and Double Eagle Charities. He resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and son.
Robbie Zimmerman
Originally from Houston, TX, Robbie has expertise in business development and land spanning public and private equity-backed ventures. Prior to joining Twin Trails, Robbie co-founded Trinity Mineral Partners.
At Trinity, Robbie oversaw all mineral and royalty transactions and land functions in their aggregation of ~3,000 net royalty acres across the Permian Basin in less than two years before exiting in 2023. Prior to his time with Trinity, Robbie worked with Fort Worth Mineral Company and Fortis Minerals, Black Mountain Oil & Gas and XTO Energy.
Robbie holds the designation of Certified Professional Landman by the AAPL. He holds a Business degree in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Robbie currently lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and three children.
John B. Collier V
John (“John B”) grew up in a ranching family in Stephenville, TX. Prior to joining Twin Trails, John B was mineral manager at Texas Pacific Land Corporation (“TPL”) and managing member of Diamond C Oil and Diamond C Royalty. He has more than 17 years of industry experience.
At TPL, John B managed the company’s mineral and royalty assets under more than 500,000 acres of land and thousands of wells located in 17 West Texas counties. Prior to TPL, he worked as a landman and has extensive experience in the Permian, Barnett, Eagleford and other basins across the US.
John B sits on the board of directors of the National Association of Royalty
Owners - Texas Chapter and served as president from 2020-2022. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2004 and now lives in Hudson Oaks, TX with his wife and two children.
